Introduction
J. Steven Kennedy is a graduate of the UCLA Law School and a California attorney with over forty years experience in civil litigation and civil trials, including the litigation and trial of disputed probate and trust cases. He is also an experienced appellate attorney with a record of successful appeals. Mr. Kennedy’s practice emphasizes litigation of business, real estate and probate cases, but also encompasses a variety of other civil litigation and general practice matters, serving individuals and businesses.
